Clinical Highlights
This weekly electronic publication lists upcoming changes to individual clinical data elements, as well as specific clinical modules in the NDDF and IDDF databases. Clinical Highlights is available in an Excel format that can help in programming for announced changes and enhancements. The Clinical Highlights prospectively announces enhancements and changes a minimum of three weeks prior to moving into production. This publication is produced every Friday and distributed on the following Monday as part of the First DataBank Customer Connection.
Editorial Highlights
An electronic publication designed to keep customers apprised of changes to product information in the NDDF Plus database, including changes in pricing and NDC/UPC codes. This publication is produced on an as needed basis when there is relevant editorial information that is important to pass on to customers and is sent out Monday as part of the First DataBank Customer Connection.
Medicaid Highlights
An electronic publication produced on an as needed basis designed to keep customers apprised of upcoming changes to the Medicaid Data File (MDF) and/or other major changes to CMS data elements in the NDDF Plus database (such as FUL and the rebate indicator flag). Medicaid Highlights is a guide that can aid customers in programming for announced changes to individual state programs. Medicaid Highlights (when available) are distributed on Monday as part of the First DataBank Customer Connection.
First DataBank Customer Connection
A weekly communication that includes company and product announcements pertaining to editorial policy changes, content issues, production, and technical issues. It also includes links to Clinical, Editorial, and Medicaid Highlights. This communication is distributed on Monday.

Communication emailed to specific customers on an as needed basis announcing a patient safety issue or customer-centric message.
